Leafs goalie Jack Campbell (29) had a shutout on his mind, as his team took control of their first-round series against the Canadiens with an impressive 4-0 win in game four. Toronto's now only one win away from moving on to the second round in the North Division's bracket of the 2021 Stanley Cup playoffs.

Campbell has been the main man in the net for the Leafs all season and game four was no different. He stopped all 32 shots that came his way for his first career playoff shutout.

No goals were scored in the first period, but that all changed when William Nylander started off a three-goal second period and the Leafs never looked back. Jason Spezza built Toronto's lead with a goal of his own, to go with an assist to the third goal scored by Joe Thornton a couple of minutes later. Alex Galchenyuk added the last Leafs goal in the final minutes of the third, to finish things off.

The only bright spots for the Canadiens were four power-play opportunities in the game, but those fell miserably short, with only six total shots on goal during their one-man advantages.

The Maple Leafs can eliminate the Canadiens in game five on Thursday, from Toronto.
