Russell Wilson and Ciara go wild over new city's Stanley Cup game win
Denver, Colorado - Super Bowl champion Russell Wilson was spotted with his wife, music star Ciara, as they supported their new home team at the Stanley Cup.
Since Russell Wilson's most recent NFL trade to the Denver Broncos, the Super Bowl champion and his Grammy-winning wife Ciara have only been in Denver for a couple of months.
Yet, it seems they have already adopted being fans of one of their new city's favorites - the Colorado Avalanche hockey team.
The celebrity couple hit up Ball Arena with their children for a family date night on Wednesday and quickly immersed themselves in the NHL action.
Russell, Ciara, Future Zahir, Sienna, and baby Win were all spotted cheering their faces off as the Colorado Avalanche won over the Tampa Bay Lightning in Game 1 of the Stanley Cup series in an electrifying overtime.
In one video featured on the singer's Instagram story, Ciara’s eight-year-old son Future is seen cheering on the Avalanche with a white pom-pom. The Level Up artist also posed for sweet selfies with the couple’s one-year-old son Win and their five-year-old daughter, Sienna.
This isn’t the first time the new Broncos quarterback has checked out the Avalanche in the postseason. He previously caught Game 2 of the Western Conference Final against the Edmonton Oilers earlier this month.
Russell's showing at the Avalanche game is a good sign for Broncos fans, as it appears the Wilsons have made the transition from Seattle to Denver seamlessly.
Game 2 of the Stanley Cup series is slated for Saturday at 8PM ET.
