The 18th commit of Georgia's 2023 class, Haynes is a three-star athlete who ranks at No. 15 among wide receivers in Pennsylvania and at No. 83 in the country.
In his latest season, he led North Penn to an 11-1 record with a total of 25 catches for 483 yards and five touchdowns.
Following this outstanding performance, Haynes took his skills during the offseason to the Rivals Camp in Philadelphia, where he garnered the MVP title for receivers.

Haynes' pledge to Georgia's program solidifies its 2023 recruiting class rank at No. 3 in the nation.
