The Falcons were also battered with penalties that include an unspecified fine, a reduction of 46 total official visits over the next two academic years, a four-week ban on recruiting communications this academic year, and a reduction in the size of the football roster by 10 for the next four years.

Air Force Academy and the four individuals of the football program involved in the alleged violations reached an agreement with enforcement staff about punishments they will serve.

The individuals also requested the Division 1 Committee on Infractions (COI) to public release the findings to immediately begin serving the penalties given.

"The (committee) appreciates the parties' efforts in working collaboratively together to reach agreement on the violations, levels, classifications, and significant and meaningful penalties," Gary Miller, chief hearing officer for the panel and president at Akron said in a statement released Thursday. "The panel also recognizes that Air Force has gone above and beyond in its overall approach to this case."

A fifth unidentified individual, however, is currently fighting the allegations against him. His case will be resolved through an infractions hearing.

The COI won't make a final ruling on the case until the fifth individual's hearing is resolved.
