Was there a crisis with the Obamas? Michelle Obama reveals juicy details!
Washington DC - Recently, Michelle Obama revealed that for a decade, she could not stand her husband AKA former President Barack Obama.
The former first lady and the 44th President of the US are the model political couple. With two children and thirty years of marriage under their belts, they have experienced a lot together.
But now, the 58-year-old revealed a shocking detail about her relationship with Barack Obama: for a whole ten years, she was at her wits end with her husband, per an interview with Revolt TV.
"People think I’m being catty by saying this: It’s like, there were 10 years where I couldn’t stand my husband. And guess when it happened? When those kids were little," the former first lady said.
The mother of two then proceeded to talk honestly about how difficult it was to raise two children given their respective careers.
This was particularly true when the Obamas' children were small.

Michelle Obama also addressed the distribution of tasks in their marriage, because their initial goal of distributing everything 50/50 was unattainable.
According to the former first lady, this led to conflicts, as there were times when one partner took on more responsibility than the other.
"Little kids, they’re terrorists. They have demands. They don’t talk. They’re poor communicators. They cry all the time," Michelle Obama said. "They’re irrational. They’re needy. And you love them. And so you can’t blame them, right? … So you turn that ire on each other."
The former first lady stands by the fact that while not everything has always been rosy, her love for the former president never wavered.
Though there were times when her frustrations got the best of her, Michelle Obama said there was never a moment she didn't consider Barack Obama to be a kind and smart person.
