Donald Trump goes off and calls for his federal investigators to be "dealt with"

West Palm Beach, Florida - Former president Donald Trump took to his social media platform Truth Social to rant about "the cancer" that he feels is the country's federal "justice" and "intelligence" agencies.

On Saturday, Trump once again went off on multiple federal agencies that have been investigating him in several criminal cases.

"Our country is SICK inside, very much like a person dying of cancer," Trump wrote. "The Crooked FBI, the so-called Department of 'Justice,' and 'Intelligence,' all parts of the Democrat Party and System, is the Cancer."

"These weaponized thugs and tyrants must be dealt with," he added, "or our once great and beautiful country will die!!!"

While his attacks on the agencies are nothing new, some critics of his are arguing that the rhetoric of the post mirrors that of his words just before the January 6 capitol riots, in which many believe his charged language incited his followers to attempt an insurrection that day.

Since announcing his run for president in 2024, the Trump campaign has met tons of roadblocks along the way, including a recent tax fraud lawsuit that saw the indictment of his company The Trump Organization, and an ongoing case involving him taking classified documents from the White House at the end of his presidency.

Donald Trump will need to step up his game in order to win the Republican primaries next year, and perhaps his latest post is how he's starting.
