Donald Trump delivers doom and gloom Christmas message – and claims he's clairvoyant
Palm Beach, Florida - Donald Trump spent his holiday weekend posting rants and raves on social media, including a bizarre "Merry Christmas" message.
While most Americans were breaking bread with family and exchanging gifts, the former president held nothing back as he took to his platform Truth Social on Saturday to share his version of holiday spirit by attacking several of his biggest opponents.
"Merry Christmas to EVERYONE, including the radical left Marxists that are trying to destroy our country, the Federal Bureau of Investigation that is illegally coercing & paying social and LameStream Media to push for a mentally disabled Democrat over the brilliant, clairvoyant, and USA LOVING Donald J. Trump."
"And, of course," Trump continued, "the Department of Injustice, which appointed a special 'prosecutor' who, together with his wife and family, HATES 'Trump' more than any other person on earth."
"LOVE TO ALL!" he cheerfully ended the rant.
On Sunday, Trump doubled down with the holiday doom and gloom by declaring, "the USA is dying from within!!!"
Ever since announcing his 2024 presidential candidacy back in November, Trump has been scrambling to attract the enthusiasm and attention he received in previous attempts.
Despite Trump's recent claims that his "rallies will be bigger and better than ever," many social media users – and fellow politicians – seem to think the Trump train has broken down.
Social media reacts to a very "Donald Trump Christmas"
While Trump rallying against the opposition on Truth Social is nothing new, his decision to do so during the holidays has garnered hilarious reactions from social media users. Even the phrase "Donald Trump Christmas" has been trending on Twitter.
The word "clairvoyant," which Trump called himself in his Christmas message, has also been trending. Defined by Cambridge Dictionary as "a person who says they have powers to see the future or see things that other people cannot see," Twitter users can't help but laugh at Trump for identifying as such.
"That word clairvoyant — I don’t think it means what he thinks it means," one user replied. Another tweeted, "You would think the best clairvoyant would be able to avoid so many bankruptcies."
Hopefully, Donald Trump can use his psychic abilities to help him evade his mounting legal woes that may block his chances at returning to the White House.
