New York Comic Con 2022: Must-see panels and showings at pop culture's biggest event!
New York, New York - After a brief hiatus, New York Comic Con (NYCC) is back and bigger than ever! TAG24 rounded up the events and panels you won't want to miss at the four-day event.
The yearly event that celebrates comics, video games, cosplay, movies, and TV shows returns!
This Thursday through Sunday, NYCC will be in full effect at Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in NYC after a brief hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
While the convention is best known for its eclectic display of cosplay attire, it also features an array of star-studded panels for some of today's hottest series and flicks.
And its absence was heavily missed among the faithful attendees.
This year's four-day extravaganza is packed with photo ops, anticipated reunions, big celebrities, and potentially some juicy reveals for Marvel and DC fans.
Here's a look at the most pivotal panels taking place at NYCC 2022!
What to expect at New York Comic Con on Thursday
NYCC kicks off on Thursday, and we suggest checking out the special screening of HBO Max's animated movie Velma from 3:30 PM to 5 PM ET.
Also happening Thursday is a special screening of Netflix's upcoming series, The Midnight Club from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
What's happening at New York Comic Con on Friday
On Friday, Captain America star Sebastian Stan will be in the building as well as Marvel Comics Editor-in-Chief C.B. Cebulski. The editor will host a Q&A session about all things Marvel starting at 1:30 PM.
Another unnamed "special guest" is teased to be in attendance during the panel.
Marvel fans should be on alert for any delicious spoilers to drop!
What to do at New York Comic Con on Saturday
On Saturday, Oscar Issac, who recently joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Moon Knight, will be holding a meet and greet with fans in attendance.
Plus, legendary film star Jamie Lee Curtis will also hold a Q&A at 6:15 PM about her infamous role as Halloween's Laurie Strode.

What's happening at New York Comic Con on Sunday
Don't worry DC fans, there's plenty of good stuff happening at this year's convention!
On Sunday, Oscar Isaac will also give an in-depth talk about his role as the afflicted superhero and what fans can expect to come at at 12:15 PM.
At 3:30 PM, Oscar contender Brendan Fraser will join his costars from the HBO Max series Doom Patrol to chat about what the DC Extended Universe holds for the unorthodox superheroes.
For those who are interested in the upcoming series The Winchesters, executive producer Jensen Ackles will be answering everyone's burning questions and present a very special screening at 2 PM!
