Tattooed influencer flaunts world record status for having celebs ink him up
Miami, Florida - Social media influencer Funky Matas flaunted his most-prized body part: a back that's covered with tattoos of celebrity signatures that were penned by the stars themselves.
Funky Matas, whose real name is Jorge Matas, has garnered a lot of attention on TikTok with 2.6 million followers tuning into his various shenanigans.
Donning a collection of signatures on his back, he's made quite an impression on strangers and stars alike with his odd flex.
Funky currently holds the world record for having the most tattooed signatures on his body, with over 225 signatures by friends, family members, and stars like Will Smith, boxer Floyd Mayweather, Gerard Butler, Samuel L. Jackson, and more.
According to Oddity Central, Funky used to be a tattoo artist and crafted the signature tattoo project himself by first letting his friends and family ink their names on his body with a tattoo gun.
The passion project quickly evolved into Funky's newfound claim to fame, as the influencer now hunts down celebs to flaunt his tattoo masterpiece to before asking if they'd like to join in on the signature fun.
Funky chronicles many of his star-studded encounters on TikTok, and though people usually sign his back with a permanent marker that he has tatted over later, sometimes, people opt to permanently ink him with a tattoo gun themselves. Such was the case with professional poker player Dan Bilzerian.
The poker mastermind's ink job not only served as Funky's first by him, but it also marked the first time Bilzerian had ever tattooed anyone or anything.
So long as chasing down famous folk for signatures brings Funky joy, we're here for his tattoo shenanigans!
