Tattoo addict shows off ink-free past in shocking TikTok
Wales, UK - Melissa Sloan has numerous face tattoos, but she didn't always look this way. Her ink inspiration comes from many different places, and she opened up about her unique tattoo journey in a new interview.
Sloan told the Daily Star that she is very influenced by the so-called Dragon Lady AKA Tiamat Legion Medusa. "The Dragon Lady – I really admire them because they are different," the Brit said.
Aside from Medusa, Sloan says she also gets ink inspo from influencers. "I'm inspired by these tattoo models because I would love to be a tattoo model but I'm not pretty enough," Sloan self-critically explained.
"I'm past that stage now, I'm getting nearly in my fifties."
To show how much she's changed over the years, Sloan recently posted a TikTok video that shockingly showcased her face free of tattoos.
Melissa Sloan looks unrecognizable without face tattoos
Since the tattoo addict now looks so different, many may have questioned whether the woman in the video really was her. But a fact check confirmed that she did indeed look like this in the past.
Sloan's other statements show just how far she has come from this natural look. She claims to be "addicted" to tattoos, though she's admitted that her appearance has affected how she's treated by others, even the staff at her children's school.
Still, Sloan aspires to be nothing other than herself – face tattoos and all.
