Baltimore, Maryland - Megan and Mark have a very an unusual love story: the 27-year-old Megan fell in love with the much older Mark – who was the DJ at her wedding!

Megan's 2005 wedding party was actually the first time the two met.

After only one year of her marriage, Megan felt neglected by her husband. So she shared her problems with DJ Mark, who was married himself at that time.

The two of them really hit it off right away, despite the big age difference – Mark is 51. They along really well and spent a lot of their time together as good friends.

But over time, their friendship turned into love. Things got serious enough for them to both divorce their respective partners and move in together. The wedding followed shortly after.

"We actually didn't have a proposal. We have had an engagement ring for a long while and we just decided let's go get married," Megan told the Daily Star.

Before they started their relationship, Megan was a little concerned about what other people would think of their age difference. After all, Mark is 24 years older than her.

The two have even been mistaken for father and daughter. However, these situations rarely happen, probably because "Mark looks young for his age" and Megan has "an older soul."

According to Megan, the families of the two are supportive of their unusual relationship. The couple even plans to have children soon.
