Sex and relationship therapist Starielle Hope shared that when men suffer from erectile dysfunction, it's mostly because they worry and start putting pressure on themselves.

In her viral video clip, which has been viewed 645,000 times, the blonde explains that getting it up can become a problem if a guy starts "freaking out about it."

"Then it becomes an ongoing issue," she said.

She believes it can help to focus on foreplay or on sharing pleasure, not having penetrative sex.

"The thing that you have to do is take the pressure off," she explained.

The sexpert has a massive following on TikTok and often uses music and sexy dance moves to get her points across.

She has other popular videos like How To Hit On Women, How To Dirty Talk, and How To Turn Women On.

In many cases, men suffer from erectile dysfunction because of anxiety and stress, Hope explained in her video.

"When we are stressed, our bodies are focused on survival, not procreation," she said.

In her comments section, the therapist clarified that her video was not meant to be taken as medical advice and that it only applied to men who had situational problems.

She also said that the problem had no bearing on a partner's attractiveness, and that it happens to all men and some point.

The video's thousands of comments and likes are mostly from men. Some made jokes, while many agreed with her.

"You are exactly right! Thanks for putting it out there," commented one viewer.

"You are a miracle worker," said another.
