It just doesn't feel like the holidays until you've seen some legendary Christmas light displays, and Austin, Texas is sure to deliver just the right dose of all that is merry and bright this season.

If you're more into the reservation scene when it comes to taking in Christmas lights, then the Mozart's Light Show is right up your alley.

Held at Mozart's Coffee and Roasters, the lights show features a spectacular display of Christmas lights that are synced up with a Christmas mixtape full of holiday classics that will have you dancing in your seat and singing along.

The local coffee roaster even crafted up a special menu for the event, filled with scrumptious holiday-inspired drinks and sweet treats.

Mozart's Light Show is currently up and running nightly through January 6, 2022.

Another hot spot that requires a reservation and ticket purchase to check out is the Austin Trail of Lights at Zilker Park.

Similar to last year, the Trail of Lights will be a drive-thru experience that requires guests to purchase a ticket ahead of showing up to take in the sights.

Running since 1965, the Austin Trail of Lights features over two million lights, 90 illuminated holiday trees, and more than 70 other displays and brightly-lit tunnels.

After your drive-thru experience comes to an end, meander across the street for a cup of hot cocoa and your annual twirl under the dazzling and majestic lighting of the Zilker Tree.

The Trail of Lights will run through December 31, while the Zilker Tree will be up until January 1, 2022.

The 37th Street Christmas lights are back and better than ever this year! After a brief hiatus, one of Austin's most iconic lighting display is returning to the street that gives it its name.

You've never seen a residential neighborhood street adorned quite as festively and to such extensive lengths as the 37th Street Christmas lights.

On its website, the street claims to display, "The weirdest lights you will see this holiday season," and if their past serve as any indication, this year is will be no different.

Most, if not all, of the homes on 37th street are completely decked out with lights from top to bottom, side to side, with some roofs even being covered in lights.

Yards feature typical Christmas decor such as Santa and his reindeer, along with other off-kilt decorations that give that peculiar old-Austin flare, like inflatable aliens, vampires, and the ever-popular pink flamingo.

Since the street is located in a residential neighborhood, and some houses have displays that extend into their backyards, the 37th Street Christmas lights are best experienced on-foot.

The lights will be on from roughly 7 PM to 10 PM CST, and are expected to be up through the new year, per the street's Facebook page.
