TikTok users shocked by McDonald's worker scratching bum before touching fries
Internet - A horrific encounter at a McDonald's is putting off thousands of disgusted TikTok users, after it seemed to show a McDonald's worker scratching her bum before packing fries. Was it legit, though, or a prank?
A TikTok video uploaded by user @itskelseylol_ sparked shock and outrage – and quite a few laughs when it showed a McDonald's worker apparently scratching her ass on the line.
It features the video's original poster, who works at McDonald's, sticking her hand down her pants and grabbing her ass. The woman is apparently being filmed by a man who asks her, "Uh, excuse me ma'am, can I get my large fries?"
The blonde mumbles something under her breath as she removes her hand from her pants, and then touches the finished fries with her bare hand, before passing the man his order.
Crude video of McDonald's worker touching bum goes viral
The McDonald's ass clip has already been viewed 2.4 million times and has caused many to feel nauseous. Many viewers felt that it was an extremely unhygienic and a disgusting thing to do while working at a fast food restaurant like McDonald's.
"Ok I'm kinda starting not to trust fast food restaurants," wrote one user. "No more McDonald for me," said another.
Was the McDonald's ass scratching video just a big hoax?
As McDonald's told the Sun, the video has resurfaced on the internet years after its original recording in 2016. Despite the encounter going viral again, it's no longer a relevant or representative post.
The employee was fired as a result of the 2016 prank and has not worked for the fast-food restaurant since.

Kelsey responded to the many hate comments by re-posting the clip and adding a middle finger emoji.
"This video was taken in 2016, AS A JOKE! We just closed for the night and had to take everything apart to clean it. IT'S A JOKE!!", the woman said while defending herself.
Fake or not, the TikTok community was not thrilled: "It doesn't matter if it was a prank either way she did it and it's a place where lots of people go to she shouldn't of done that," one user protested.
Another scolded her, saying: "Even if it was made as a joke, it makes McDonald's look bad if it makes people think what kind of employees are being hired there."
