On Tuesday, TikTok user Cynthia Slam landed a massive viral hit with her latest video.

In the clip, the beautiful nurse can be seen smiling into the camera. Next to her is another young woman, who followers already know and love from several previous clips.

"Everyone thinking we are just best friends but...," she captioned the video, as the two wrap their arms around each other.

Viewers were taken by surprise. If they are not friends, could it mean these two are lovers? Sisters? Cousins?

That's when the clip cut to a picture of a younger Cynthia with a child in her arms, revealing a little, unsuspected teat: These two are "mom and daughter," the clip revealed!

By now, the video of the duo from Nashville has been watched by more than three-and-a-half million people and liked over 400,000 times.

TikTokers were shocked as they admitted that they actually thought the two women had a very different relationship.

"Oh no I thought y'all were lovers," one user commented in surprise, while another wrote, "I thought it was gonna say that you're dating lmfao."

A third expressed what everyone was thinking: "Oh my god, you look so young!!"

In another video, Cynthia explains that she was 18 when she had her daughter, and is now 35. They share clothes and are "best friends for life," she said.
