Alas, only one episode remains in the captivating Hulu miniseries.

In Wednesday's episode, Destroyer of Worlds, the couple's stolen sex tape becomes public knowledge.

Some time has passed since last week's installment, as Pamela is pregnant again and embarking on a press tour for her film Barb Wire in the seventh episode.

Unfortunately, the leaked tape follows the blonde beauty everywhere she goes, which hugely overshadows her career.

This episode is just further proof that it is Pam who suffers the most and is the truest victim of the sex tape scandal, thanks to the shady actions and lack of support from the men in her life.

So where will the series leave the Baywatch babe in the end?

How will this scandalous tale end?

Pam & Tommy has left its mark on pop culture. From the stars' superb acting to the behind-the-scenes look at one of the '90s' biggest scandals, the drama has been enjoyable, intriguing, and a wild ride from start to finish.

Lily James, Sebastian Stan, and Seth Rogen are truly to thank for their powerhouse performances as Pamela, Tommy, and Rand, respectively.

To its credit, the series makes viewers feel like they're watching reality TV, or a hurricane in the making. Yet, we're often reminded these are true events that actually happened – and that Pam and Tommy are real people who had to come back from the storm.

To be fair, Pam isn't the only victim here, as each person involved in the controversy has suffered on some level.

Rand, who by all accounts was and remained a social loser, clearly didn't profit from his vengeance against Tommy by stealing the tape. Not only did his partner, Nick Offerman's Uncle Miltie, take off with all their earnings from selling the tape, but Rand is forced to pay back his debts to their deadly financier.

Tommy, who is "kinda likable" – as Rand's ex-wife points out in the recent episode – does try his best to rectify the fallout from the stolen tape, even though his efforts end badly.

Still, both Rand and Tommy, and the other various male bigwigs depicted on the show, fail to grasp the damage the scandal has done to Pamela specifically. The lack of sympathy and compassion she endures in the latest episode, all while five-months pregnant, is hard to stomach.

Pam even says herself that she's been labeled a "sl*t," in a heartbreaking moment of dejection.

Can Pam rise from the ashes? How will the series tie up this dark period of the couple's life?

The preview for the finale hints to the duo perhaps finding a solution to their sex tape scandal, but do they take it?

And as for Rand, will the bitter former porn star pay off his debts?

The series finale for Pam & Tommy Hulu airs March 9 on Hulu.
