Bachelor in Paradise: Toxicity runs rampant as new connections are explored

Sayulita, Mexico - Bachelor in Paradise has officially transformed into what one contestant dubbed geometry beach, as connections start to form in the most toxic of places.

Producers truly didn't hold back from creating one of the most chaotic and triggering environments in BIP's history.

But such is to be expected when you turn a show into Love Island by kicking out half of the contestants for a week, which they likely weren't aware would be happening when they agreed to be on the eighth season of the Bachelor franchise's saving grace AKA Bachelor in Paradise.

With the original group of women sans Lace Morris posting up at The Estates, it seems some have finally taken Shanae Ankney's lead by playing the field and exploring all possible avenues for love by finally talking to the new men that showed up during "split week."

Specifically taking advantage of their new options were Brittany Galvin and Victoria Fuller.

Both ladies finally decided to explore connections with the men in front of them, all while Andrew Spencer and Johnny DePhillipo patiently await their return to the beach by avoiding all contact with the new women – thinking their ladies were doing the same.

Exploring all possible connections is the Bachelor in Paradise way

While we fully support Brittany and Victoria F. exploring all possible avenues for love, there's just one problem: Brittany happens to be vying for the same man that Shanae is at The Estates, which the former villain found out while several shots of tequila deep.

Just like that, Bachelor Nation began having flashbacks of her time on Clayton Echard's season of The Bachelor. Though it seemed Shanae had turned a new leaf given her newfound friendship with Genevieve Parisi – which made for incredible television on Monday night – that might not be true after all.

What will happen when the women and the new men return to the beach? Find out when Bachelor in Paradise returns on Tuesday at 8 PM ET on ABC.
