Piers Morgan strikes again as he mocks Duchess Meghan as "Princess Pinocchio"
London, UK - Piers Morgan still has it in for Meghan Markle and he just can't stop throwing shade her way.
On Saturday, the former tabloid editor started mocking the Duchess of Sussex amid rumors that he might return to Good Morning Britain, the show he quit in March after Markle made a formal complaint about his heated on-air clash following the infamous Oprah Winfrey interview.
"ITV didn't get rid of me," Morgan tweeted, claiming that he left the show because he declined "to apologize for disbelieving Princess Pinocchio."
He then went on to brag about how he "still [works] for ITV," sharing news of an upcoming interview show he'll participate in.
After Markle accused the royal family of racism in her March interview, Morgan quickly became one of her biggest critics, repeatedly accusing her of lying, prompting her to file a formal complaint with ITV.
Soon after, he quit his popular show.
