New York, New York - Taylor Swift continues her reign at number one on Billboard's Hot 100 as the holiday competition comes to town.

The 32-year-old has continued to live up to her reputation of being the music industry with her latest release, Midnights.

Much to Drake's chagrin, the album's lead single Anti-Hero has now held the top spot for six weeks in a row.

From rants against Ticketmaster on Twitter to clever TikTok trends based on the newest songs, social media has helped propel Midnights' domination on the charts.

The continued success of the single is extra impressive as the Queen of Christmas herself, Mariah Carey, chases Swift's tail at number two on the charts with All I Want for Christmas Is You.

Joining the holiday hit is Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree at number three, Jingle Bell Rock at five, A Holly Jolly Christmas at six, It's The Most Wonderful Time of the Year at nine, and Last Christmas in the 10th spot.

TikTok's influence is apparent in the non-festive bops, with Unholy by Sam Smith and Kim Petras, and Bad Habit by Steve Lacy – both of which are trending sounds on the platform – coming in at four and eight respectively.

Will the Queen of Christmas AKA Carey reign supreme next week? Only time will tell!
