Music Release Radar: Albums and songs dropping the week of November 1
It's the first week of November, and the music drops are everything and more. With new albums and songs from the likings of Dermot Kennedy, Travis Scott, Gryffin, Selena Gomez, BROCKHAMPTON and more, check out all the music releases on TAG24's radar this week.
We've got another week chock-full of diverse music drops! From rap and house music artists to singer-songwriters, alternative rockers, pop stars, and everything in between, there's bound to be a new album or single coming out that's just your vibe.
Phoenix is back with a brand-new album, as are Dermot Kennedy, Lecrae, Wizkid, Joji, Gryffin. That's not to mention Drake and 21 Savage's delayed-at-the-last-minute album, which was slated to drop last Friday until the rappers switched the script and pushed it back one week.
The first week of November also boasts new singles from music artists like Travis Scott and Pharrell Williams, Pink, BROCKHAMPTON, and Aly & AJ.
With so much new music on the way, it's easy to lose track of what's dropping and when. Here are the release dates for new albums and songs coming out during the first week of November.
Albums: WIzkid, Dermot Kennedy, Phoenix, Lecrae, Gryffin, Joji, and Drake & 21 Savage
- Wizkid - More Love, Less Ego
On Thursday, Wizkid is expected to release his fifth album titled More Love, Less Ego. The project follows the 2020 release of Made In Lagos.
- Dermot Kennedy - Sonder
Grab your tissues, because the soulful and chill-inducing Irish singer-songwriter that is Dermot Kennedy is back with his sophomore album Sonder on Friday. The record will include the previously released song, Something to Someone.
- Phoenix - Alpha Zulu
Phoenix has proven that nearly everything they create is golden, and it's likely their forthcoming album, Alpha Zulu, will be everything their fanbase knows and loves them for – and so much more. The record, which is due Friday, will include the album's previously released title track.
- Lecrae - Church Clothes 4
Lecrae is back with the fourth and final installment in his "Church Clothes" mixtape series with Friday's expected release of Church Clothes 4. The project comes six years after the last installment, Church Clothes 3, and will include tracks like Fear Not, Focus, and Speak Up.
- Gryffin - Alive
On Friday, house artist Gryffin is expected to drop his second album, Alive. The record will include the previously released track Caught Up featuring the iconic Olivia O'Brien, and the album's title track, which features none other than Calle Lehmann.
- Joji -SMITHEREENS
Japanese singer-songwriter Joji is back with his new album SMITHEREENS, which is expected on Friday. The record will include the previously released tracks Glimpse of Us and Yukon.
- Drake & 21 Savage - Her Loss
Though Drake and 21 Savage initially said their collaborative album Her Loss was due on October 28, the rappers changed course shortly before it's expected release, and pushed it back one week.
Now, the album is expected this Friday.

In addition to full-length albums, there are a handful of songs coming this week that you gotta have on your radar!
First is Aly & AJ, who are set to release their brand-new single, With Love From, on Wednesday. On Thursday, Selena Gomez will release a song called My Mind & Me, which goes along with the release of her AppleTV+ documentary of the same name.
On Friday, Pink is releasing her new single titled Never Gonna Dance Again, while Travis Scott is expected to drop his new song featuring Pharrell Williams called Down in Atlanta.
Last but certainly not least is the BROCKHAMPTON release many have been waiting for. On Friday, the hip-hop collective will drop the first single titled BIG P*SSY from their forthcoming and final album.
