Music fans certainly have a lot to look forward to in 2023, as three of the nation's top music festivals all dropped their lineups Tuesday on the very same day.

The Foo Fighters top the bill for the opening day of Boston Calling in their first touring appearance since the tragic passing of drummer Taylor Hawkins. The band will also headline Bonnaroo on Sunday, June 18.

Other leading names at the Massachusetts fest include The Lumineers, Alanis Morissette, Paramore, Queens of the Stone Age, and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.

Former One Direction star Niall Horan, Stick Season singer Noah Kahan, and frequent Taylor Swift collaborator Jack Antonoff – as his solo project Bleachers – will also perform.

Over in Manchester, Tennessee, Kendrick Lamar, ODESZA, and Lil Nas X lead a stacked lineup for the four-day Bonnaroo festival that also features Sheryl Crow, Korn, Fleet Foxes, Marcus Mumford, girl in red, and Yung Gravy. In addition to the Foo Fighters, the fest will share headliner Paramore with Boston Calling as well.

But of course, we can't forget the debatably most popular and iconic music festival of them all — Coachella.

While last year's Coachella will be pretty hard to beat, this year's will surely give it a run for its money.

The California event will be held in 2023 from April 14-16 and 21-23.

The reigning king of Spotify, Bad Bunny, will headline Friday, while K-pop group BLACKPINK and Frank Ocean will headline Saturday and Sunday, respectively.

BLACKPINK will be the first K-pop group to ever headline the festival, while Bad Bunny also makes history as its first Latin headlining artist. 2023 will also be the first year to be headlined entirely by artists of color.

Other acts include Charli XCX, Gorillaz, ROSALÍA, Ethel Cain, MUNA, The Chemical Brothers, Blondie, Björk, YUNGBLUD, and many more.

The lineup also revealed that Phoebe Bridgers will be reuniting with Lucy Dacus and Julien Bake, and the trio, better known as boygenius, will be making a return just for Coachella.

British actor Idris Elba will continue his unexpected career as a DJ, taking to the Coachella stage for a set on Friday.

From up-and-coming artists to household names, there's something for every music fan at this year's festivals – besides the fun fashion and epic vibes.
