BTS hit by Covid-19 cases after returning from US tour!

Seoul, South Korea - Three of the seven members of BTS have contracted Covid-19 after returning home from a tour in the US.

RM and Jin tested positive for the coronavirus on Saturday, public broadcaster KBS reported on Sunday, citing the band's management.

Jin has a slight fever, while RM did not report any specific symptoms.

The management announced that Suga had the virus on Friday.

They had received their second vaccines against Covid-19 in August, according to music agency Big Hit Music.

The three had recently returned from the US. BTS performed four concerts in Los Angeles from November 27 to December 2.

Jimin, Jin and Jungkook returned to South Korea on December 6, while the other four band members RM, Suga, V, and J-hope stayed in the US for longer, according to South Korean media reports.

The group became the first South Korean band to top the US singles chart last year with their song Dynamite, according to Billboard magazine.

Permission to Dance was their fifth hit to top the US charts in July. Only Michael Jackson has achieved so many leading hits in such a short time, Forbes said.

BTS recently won the top prize for Artist of the Year at the American Music Awards.
