Viva Las Vegas! Celeb couples who got hitched in Sin City
Las Vegas, Nevada - In honor of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's recent nuptials in Las Vegas, here's a look at other celebrity couples who infamously had Elvis at their Sin City wedding!
Bennifer isn't the only couple who couldn't wait to get hitched!
While some may look down on a Sin City ceremony, others believe it's the staple of a wild, fun time in the gambling capital of the world.
These few A-listers have shown that Las Vegas can be even more memorable and romantic with the right person.
And while some celebs went on to have more ceremonies after their elopements, a few were quite content with the simplicity of a good old fashion Vegas wedding.
Here's our favorite celebrity couples who got hitched in Vegas style!
Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner
Before becoming cool parents to their two daughters, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner were just two crazy kids deeply in love.
So much so that in 2019, the Games of Thrones alum and the pop singer got married at a Las Vegas chapel after the Billboard Music Awards.
From Turner's chic bridal attire to the spouses both sporting shades after the ceremony, their entire event was nothing but iconic.
The pair had a second, grander ceremony in France, but let's face facts: The Jonas' first nuptials will forever live as one of the most swoonworthy Vegas nuptials in history - and we stand by this!
Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker
Many may recall when Kourtney Kardashian infamously alluded to eloping with Travis Barker in Vegas in April. The event followed rumors the couple had gotten hitched when they visited Sin City last year.
The reality star actually did the trigger, and shared a series of pics from the tequila-fueled nuptials. They showed the PDA-heavy pair at a chapel with Kourt sporting a bouquet of red roses.
Though it was later clarified that the ceremony was "unofficial," the night was clearly still an epic one for the two.
Kravis went on to have two more official ceremonies which included their lavish nuptials in Italy.
Lily Allen and David Harbour
The Stranger Things star shocked fans with news that was unrelated to the Upside Down world of his beloved Netflix show.
In September 2020, David Harbour and pop star Lily Allen tied the knot in Vegas.
The spouses' special day was even more of shocker since they didn't outright announce their engagement and had only just confirmed their romance months prior.
But, as Selena Gomez sings, "The heart wants what it wants."
Harbour and Allen kept the low-key affair simple with just an Elvis impersonator and the singer's two daughters as witnesses.
Following the impromptu ceremony, per Harbour's Instagram post, the family enjoyed some burgers at the popular eatery In-N-Out as their reception.
Unlike the other celebs listed, Harbour and Allen didn't have another ceremony following their Vegas wedding, and it seems that the two are perfectly happy.
When in Vegas, don't be shocked if you spot a famous couple heading to the altar with Elvis in tow!
