Vin Diesel accused of sexual battery in disturbing lawsuit from ex-assistant
Los Angeles, California - Fast and Furious star Vin Diesel has been accused of sexual battery by his former assistant.
On Thursday, Vanity Fair reported that the 56-year-old actor, his sister Samantha, and the production company One Race Films have been named in a new lawsuit filed by his ex-assistant.
Per the suit, plaintiff Asta Jonasson has claimed she was assaulted by Diesel, whose real name is Mark Sinclar, during the production of the 2010 movie Fast Five.
Jonasson alleges that Guardians of the Galaxy star forcibly grabbed her, groped her breast, and kissed her in a hotel after he had already entertained multiple women.
She also said that Diesel pinned her against the wall before placing her hand on his erect penis before he started to masturbate.
Jonasson stated that she "dissociated" throughout the horrific incident that ended after the XXX star said, "No one can say s**t about Asta," and left the room.
The ex-employee further alleged that she was fired by Sinclair's sister hours later and kept silent for years due to the actor's Hollywood influence and her immigration status as a green card holder.
