Supermodel claps back after men pile in to criticize breastfeeding photos
New York, New York - It was just this past February that Victoria's Secret model Elsa Hosk announced she was a new mom. Now the Swede has shared precious photos of her breastfeeding her baby, which didn't sit well with some of her 6.4 million Insta-followers.
In the less than two months since Elsa Hosk gave birth to her baby daughter, the 32-year-old has been busy.
She's now back on the road for modeling assignments, sharing with Instagram fans that she's still being a full-time mom at the same time.
Dressed only in a rust-colored blazer, the top model breastfed her little daughter and wrote: "Mom's first day back on set and look who came along."
The three darling pictures show Elsa looking well-recovered after the birth, as well as her new baby who was getting in a little lunch. The baby's meal was of course much the same as it is across the rest of the world – breast milk.
Elsa shared that it was men in particular who took offense at the series of photos. In her Instagram story, the blonde hit back, "Find it interesting how many DMs I've gotten from men who are offended when you post a breastfeeding photo."
"Why is the most natural thing in the world so offensive to you guys? Breasts exist primarily so we can feed our children," she fumed.
The very men who are only too happy to see the model's figure on the runway seem to be offended when it comes to Elsa using her body in the most natural way imaginable.
She received plenty of support and praise from most of her community in the comments.
"Beautiful tender moment between mother and child," one user wrote, and another agreed: "I love how you highlight breastfeeding."
A third chimed in with more encouragement: "You inspire many women around the world and that's great!"Model Elsa Hosk shows off while breastfeeding
Hosk has been dating British entrepreneur Tom Daly since 2015. She gave birth to their beatiful daughgter, Tuulikki Joan Daly, on February 11.
