Sex and the City reboot announces return of a big star!
Los Angeles, California - Sex and the City fans rejoice at the news that actor Chris Noth is returning as Mr. Big after all.
The streaming service HBO Max has just announced this "Big" news.
"How could we ever do a new chapter of the 'Sex and the City' story without our Mr. Big?" said producer Michael Patrick King.
Fans were ecstatic at the announcement that there would be a remake of the cult series, to be titled And Just Like That.
Initially, it was believed that Chris Noth (66) would be missing.
Sarah Jessica Parker (56), Kristin Davis (56), and Cynthia Nixon (55) will reprise their roles as Carrie Bradshaw, Charlotte York, and Miranda Hobbes.
One small drawback is that Kim Cattrall (64), a.k.a. Samantha Jones, will not be joining the original group for the reboot.
The revival is set to highlight the lives of the three 50-something friends. Filming is scheduled to start in the summer, with ten half-hour episodes planned.
