Page Six reported that the 73-year-old Brit was discharged from Los Angeles Hospital on Tuesday. The star was spotted being helped into a black Range Rover with his wife by his side.

The Black Sabbath vocalist was reportedly getting the medical pins in his neck removed and realigned, a result of issues he's had since 2003 when he was seriously injured in a quad bike accident.

Ozzy's injuries were made worse in 2019 when he fell in his home and he also ended up with 15 screws in his spine.

It looks like Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne will get to spend their 40th anniversary on July 4 together after all.
