Machine Gun Kelly dishes on Ye and Pete Davidson feud
Los Angeles, California - Machine Gun Kelly weighed on his close friend Pete Davidson's public feud with Kanye "Ye" West.
On Wednesday, the Bird Box actor dished on his BFF's public one-sided feud with Ye while on Sirius XM's The Howard Stern Show.
MGK revealed that he's "totally" been there for his pal amid the nasty ordeal and admitted that he's been "thrown into" the two's conflict.
"At the end of the day, man, we're young men trying to find our place in the world and figure it out. And it doesn't really help that you have a million voices ripping you apart," MGK, who's real name is Colson Baker, explained.
However, the 31-year-old stressed that he isn't here for the violence or hate.
"We love everybody, man. We have so much love. It's almost like, if we need to be the vessels for someone's anger, then so be it. That must be why we're here. I do hope that they can feel our spirit and see that we love you," he added.
Pete is dating Ye's ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, which has unfortunately been the main reason why the Saturday Night Live star has been the victim of the rapper's ire.
Ye's recent social media outburst led to him being kicked off of Instagram for hurling racist remarks towards Trevor Noah.
Plus, the Hurricane rapper's violent music video where he's seen burying an animated version of Pete alive also caused a stir.
Nevertheless, it is good to see Pete's got a friend in his corner.
MGK also revealed his thoughts on the SNL star's romance with Kim, stating, "I'm so happy for him."
The Emo Girl artist also let slip that his bestie will be standing by his side when he weds Megan Fox – talk about a sweet bromance!
