The day has finally arrived, and it's a Special one indeed.

Lizzo's highly anticipated fourth album is chocked full of music with R&B soul, pop magic, rock-n-roll rowdiness, and the perfect amount of disco vibes. With 12 songs that'll get you on your feet, in your feels, and out of your head, Special is nothing short of a masterpiece.

But what else would you expect from the queen that is Lizzo?

Special kicks off with a song called The Sign, and it's arguably one of the best album intros we've been graced with in 2022 thus far.

Another bop that the Twitter-verse seems to be vibing with is 2 Be Loved (Am I Ready), with Lizzo retweeting one user who posted a snap of the song and wrote, "This song is something else. I F**KING LOVE IT !!!!!!!"

Speaking on the album-making process, Lizzo told Zane Lowe, "I'm just proud of how patient I was, with myself and with my art. And I took the time to write the songs that need to come out, the stories that I wanted to share that people should hear."

On Friday morning, Lizzo stopped by the Today Show to perform a few songs off of the newly released album, but that's not the only thing the About Damn Time singer has in store for Special's release day. At 6 PM ET on Friday, the 34-year-old musical mastermind is streaming a special album release event called Lizzoverse on Amazon Music's Twitch page.

If the event is anything like Lizzo's new album, it's bound to be one heck of a good time!
