Lizzo's latest TikTok is on brand and brings the laughs

In her latest TikTok, Lizzo doesn't just promote her shapewear brand Yitty, she also shows off her range of laughter – to the delight of TikTok.

"Oh, hey there TikTok, it's Lizzo, CE-hoe of Yitty," the About Damn Time singer said with a chuckle in the first few seconds of a hysterical TikTok clip posted on Monday.

By Tuesday, the vid had amassed 6.2 million views and some 1.4 million likes.

The new post is an energetic endorsement of her new shapewear brand mixed with an adorable threat from the Juice singer. It features a huge range of emotions – from happy to angry, and even includes an evil character laugh.

Perhaps Lizzo's got an acting career ahead of her?

The 34-year-old star comically tells viewers not to make a duet video with her TikTok.

"No b**ch, leave your duets open," Lizzo practically growls into the camera. She teases that she'll find all the TikToks and "make sure everybody sees how good you look in your Yitty."

The video ends with an evil laugh that morphs into a slightly self-deprecating wail, as the star turns off the camera with an "Oh, god!"

Fans pelted her comments section with complements and declarations of love.

Tons of users were all about the singer's laugh. One wrote, "The laugh gives me life." Another commented, "I love that laugh." Others noted that she should try her hand at voice acting.

The video didn't just entertain, it also fulfilled its purpose of being a promotion for Yitty.

One wrote: "I don't even wear shapewear, but I'm getting some bc Lizzo is that amazing."

And another commented that they might buy the brand just because it could mean that Lizzo would possibly duet them: "The temptation to buy one just for the chance of Lizzo duetting me."

One might think that the star's threat is empty. But Saturday, she posted a TikTok duet with plus size model Venezia Cruz. The clip shows the model falling in love with Yitty, and Lizzo egging her on. The video got 8.2 million views – so Lizzo means business.

Lizzo's size-inclusive shapewear brand Yitty dropped in April. It's a sister brand to Fabletics, and available in select stores and online. The brand name "Yitty" comes from star's childhood nickname.
