Makeup to die for: Kylie Jenner drips with blood for new spooky season collab
Calabasas, California - Kylie Jenner is paying homage to the classic horror film A Nightmare on Elm Street with a new Halloween-themed cosmetic line.
Just in time for spooky season, the beauty mogul has a new makeup line that's to die for.
The reality star announced that she is releasing a Kylie Cosmetics x A Nightmare on Elm Street collaboration.
On Tuesday, the expecting mom teased the collection with a ghoulish clip.
Kylie is seen posing completely nude and covered in blood, while the foreboding childhood rhyme,"One, two, Freddy's comin' for you," plays in the background.
In a follow-up post, the model paid homage to the iconic fictional character with a Freddie Kreuger-inspired ensemble that, of course, had a Kardashian twist.
The 24-year-old sported a red swirl turtleneck one-piece jumpsuit with nude undertones, and topped the outfit off with long metallic-silver nails — similar to Freddy's metal blade claws.
"Ahhh what a DREAM to collaborate with the icon of horror!" she captioned the pic.
Kylie gave fans a closer look at the creepy collection on her Instagram stories.
The new line comes packaged in a box made to look like a VHS tape, complete with "spatters of blood." The makeup's colors tout names like "Dream Demon" and "Never Sleep Again" — further paying tribute to the 80s flick.
This is the second new venture the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has announced in recent weeks. Last month, the vegan-baby line Kylie Baby by Kylie Jenner was unveiled by the mogul.
If there's one thing the Kar-Jenners know how to do, it's staying very busy!
The billionaire's latest cosmetic line launches on KylieCosmetics.com on October 12.
