Kim Kardashian spills the tea on more kids and her marriage fantasy
Santa Monica, California - Just days after tearfully revealing her difficulties co-parenting, Kim Kardashian has shared a surprising perspective about having more kids and getting hitched again in the future.
The 42-year-old was a recent guest on Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop Podcast, and got real about her thoughts on expanding her family and whether she'd consider getting married again.
"I have this fantasy in my head, like fourth's time's a charm, it's gonna — it's gonna work out," she admitted in the episode, which dropped Wednesday.
Prior to her most recent tumultuous marriage and divorce from Kanye "Ye" West, Kim had been married twice before.
At 19 years old, the SKIMS founder married music producer Damon Thomas before separating after three years. In 2011, she infamously wed NBA player Kris Humphries before calling it quits after 72 days of marriage.
Kim then started seeing Ye in 2012 after being friends for years. They wed in 2014 and share four children together — North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm. After splitting in 2021, the couple's divorce was finalized last month.
The reality star admitted to Gwyneth that her relationship with the rapper felt like her "first real" marriage. Surprisingly, it seems that Kimye's highly-publicized turmoil hasn't been enough to shatter Kim's dream of a happily-ever-after romance.
Or having even more kids.
Kim Kardashian shares her thoughts on having more kids
Following her split from West, Kardashian dated SNL alum Pete Davidson for nine months before things fizzled out in August.
She told Gwyneth that she's focused on her kids right now and looking to stay single "for a few years" before diving into anything new.
"Now, I feel like I would definitely take my time — and I would be okay for a forever partnership as well," she said. "I would want a marriage, but I'm so happy to take my time."
As for having more children, Kardashian isn't opposed to the idea either.
"I just don't wanna say — never say never," she said. "I'm obviously right at the end of that conversation ... and would have to have someone in my life for a while to make that decision," she said.
"Whatever is meant to be will be."
As for right now, the mogul said she is looking to "focus and chill" and hopes to plan some exciting getaways with her children in the new year.
