Kim Kardashian gets win against stalker who called her his wife
Los Angeles, California - Kim Kardashian scored a legal win against an obsessed fan who sent her an engagement ring and a package with Plan B.
Per documents obtained by TMZ, the 42-year-old reality star has been granted protection from a stalker who apparently sent her creepy packages.
Kim's legal rep Shawn Holley filed the restraining order on behalf of the beauty mogul after her security was forced to restrain the stalker, who has been identified as Jomoine Victor Zigler, at the gate of her Calabasas home.
In the docs, The Kardashians star claimed Zigler's antics have caused her to suffer from extreme emotional distress.
"I never provided him with my address and never asked him to send me these packages," the mother of four reportedly wrote.
"These packages contain various items, including a diamond engagement ring, and keys to a hotel room."
Kim continued, "I am concerned about the extent of his delusion belief we are in or will be in an intimate relationship, particularly because it appears he has spent significant funds purchasing items to send to me."
Zigler has also allegedly posted sexually explicit messages about the soon-to-be lawyer on social media.
Apparently, the court didn't waste time in agreeing with Kim, and has issued the temporary restraining order against Zigler with an official hearing due next month.
