Kim Kardashian gets a restraining order against a stalker posting videos outside her home
Hidden Hills, California – Kim Kardashian has been granted a restraining order against an obsessed fan who has made alarming videos outside her family home.
On Friday, Kim's attorney filed a restraining order against 32-year-old Charles Peter Zelenoff, who has apparently been harassing her for the last few months.
The judge ruled that Zelenoff must stay 100 yards away from Kim and her property.
Kim described the man as a "stalker" who has surrounded her $60 million Hidden Hills mansion in Los Angeles, where she lives with her four children from her marriage to Kanye West.
Kim allegedly felt threatened and scared by videos he would make at the edge of her house and then post on his social media, according to TMZ.
He is also said to have stated online that he was in love with her and wanted a physical relationship. He was getting more and more frustrated by not being able to gain access to the reality star.
The offender has a past violent history. According to court docs, Zelenoff has two recent battery convictions.
Kim and her family have been plagued by tresspassers
Kim is no stranger to being the target of a crime.
In 2016, Kim was tied-up and robbed at gunpoint in a Paris hotel during a coordinated diamond heist that traumatized the star. She said it changed her perspective about flaunting her bling online.
This year in March, a trespasser got past the security gates of Kim's mansion and bizarrely said he believed he was her husband.
In the same month, her sister Kendall was also hit with two back-to-back stalker incidents at her nearby home.
Most recently, another trespasser was also apprehended earlier this month for driving inside the Kardashians' gated community and demanding to see the family.
