Kim Kardashian says there is "no way to repair" her marriage to Ye in new court docs
Los Angeles, California - Kim Kardashian has again addressed her messy, ongoing divorce from Kanye "Ye" West in new documents and reiterated her desire to end their marriage.
Kim is more than ready to move on.
On Thursday, People obtained a copy of new court documents filed by the SKIMS owner pertaining to her divorce from Ye.
In the papers, Kim addressed her estranged husband's efforts to stop her request to become legally single and the "emotional distress" he's caused since the former couple's split.
"Since filing for divorce, Mr. West, by his actions, has made it clear that he does not accept that the parties' marital relationship is over," the documents read.
"Mr. West has disseminated on social media the parties' private communications and misinformation about personal family matters and co-parenting, which has caused emotional distress."
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians alum argued that delaying the divorce will only "create further tension and anxiety" and also accused Ye of trying to "rewrite the terms of the parties' prenuptial argument," which she believes he shouldn't be permitted to do.
Per the documents, it also doesn't seem like the 41-year-old has been moved or fazed by Ye's brazen attempts at trying to win her back.
"I very much desire to be divorced. I have asked Kanye to keep our divorce private, but he has not done so," the beauty mogul stated.

Kim also added in her filing, "I believe that the court terminating our marital status will help Kanye to accept that our marital relationship is over and to move forward on a better path which will assist us in peacefully co-parenting our children."
The former spouses share four children: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm. The two initially had an amicable relationship following their breakup, with Kim even attending all three of Ye's Donda release events last year.
However, things turned sour once Kim began a budding romance with Pete Davidson - who has recently been the victim of vicious attacks from the rapper on social media.
Despite Ye's immature antics and multiple public pleas to win Kim back, the reality star doesn't believe that the marriage can be fixed.
"While I wish our marriage would have succeeded, I have come to the realization that there is no way to repair our marriage. Kanye does not agree but at least it appears that he has come to the realization that I want to end our marriage, even if he does not," she further detailed.
The soon-to-be-lawyer concluded, "I ask that the Court restore me to the status of a single person so that I can begin the healing process and so that our family can begin the healing process and move forward in this new chapter in our lives."
Kim's latest filing follows Ye "taking accountability" for his harassment of Kim, then surprising her with a delivery of roses to her house on Valentine's Day.
Will Kim finally succeed at becoming legally single soon?
