Kanye West responds to Kim Kardashian's divorce filing with custody request
Los Angeles, California - Kanye West has finally responded to divorce papers filed by Kim Kardashian after two months of radio silence – and despite her net worth, the rapper is not interested in her money!
On Friday, Kanye's attorney filed an official response to Kim's unanswered request for a divorce.
He is filing joint legal and physical custody of their four children, according to People.
Kanye has also asked for the court not to award spousal support for either party, the filing said.
The move would not require official payments from newly-minted billionaire Kim or her billionaire hubby.
The two are instead reportedly planning to stick to a prenup they have in place and are hoping for an amicable settlement.
Kanye (43) cited irreconcilable differences as the couple's reason for divorce and did not list an official separation date in the filing.
Sources say Kanye is still "very sad" but is resigned to the break-up.
"He doesn't want to fight with Kim about anything," an insider told People.

The couple began dating in 2012 after years of friendship and married in 2014 in an elaborate Italian wedding. They are parents to daughters North (7) and Chicago (3) and sons Saint (5) and Psalm (1).
Kim (40) has remained at the couple's $60 million Hidden Hills home in LA while Kanye has been back and forth between LA and his ranch in Wyoming.
The Kardashians have hinted that the behind-the-scenes drama of the Kimye divorce might play out on the final season of their reality show, which is currently airing.
