Los Angeles, California - Khloé Kardashian dropped a surprising health bombshell that no one saw coming.

On Tuesday, the mom of two gave candid insight into a private battle she has been dealing with.

And to clear: this time it's not about her two-timing baby daddy Tristan Thompson.

In a series of new snaps posted on her Instagram story, Khloé revealed that she recently underwent a procedure to have a tumor removed from her face.

Per the clips, the 38-year-old reality star shared that it all began a few months ago when she noticed "a zit" she believed was a regular pimple.

"After noticing a small bump on my face and assuming it was something as minor as a zit, I decided to get it biopsied 7 months after realizing it was not budging," she wrote, alongside a pic that showed an up-close shot of the blemish.

"A few days later I was told I need to have an immediate operation to remove a tumor from my face," she continued, adding that she chose Beverly Hills surgeon and close family friend Dr. Garth Fisher to perform the surgery.

"I’m grateful to share that Dr. Fisher was able to get everything, my margins appear clear, and now we are onto the healing process," Khloé expressed.

The Kardashians star revealed that she decided to share the scary health update after seeing "numerous stories going around about the ever-evolving bandage" on her face over the past few weeks.

KoKo concluded her story with a collage where she is seen rocking various bandages on her cheek. She urged fans to "take this seriously and do regular self-exams as well as our annual checkups."
