Kanye West extends olive branch to Kris Jenner with weird Instagram gesture

Los Angeles, California - Kanye West seemingly extended a peace offering to his ex-mother-in-law Kris Jenner, after accusing the momager of being involved in the porn industry.

On Wednesday, fans were puzzled when the 45-year-old rapper swapped his previous IG avatar photo to a headshot of the momager.

Given Ye's past antics on social media that led to him being briefly banned, it was assumed that the Donda artist was yet again engaging in toxic behavior.

But the hip-hop mogul later clarified on his IG stories that the odd gesture was done out of "peace and respect."

"I posted Kris with thoughts of peace and respect lets change the narrative," he wrote in the since-removed post.

While it's unclear just what in the world Ye is up to, this isn't the only "peaceful" move he's made recently.

After accusing the Jenner and Kim Kardashian of being involved in the porn industry, Ye has been changing his tune towards his estranged spouse lately.

Last Thursday, the Hurricane rapper publicly apologized to the SKIMs owner and praised the way she parents their four kids.

It should be noted that Ye's recent change of heart coincides with his upcoming divorce trial with Kim, which could be the reason why the artist is all about "peace" these days.
