Is Kanye West missing? His legal woes continue to mount in a "cat-and-mouse game"
Los Angeles, California - After multiple attempts to find and serve him legal papers, many are left wondering: Where in the world is Kanye "Ye" West?
It looks like Ye is giving a whole new meaning to his song Runaway.
Seemingly granting just about everyone's biggest Christmas wish, the rapper and mogul appears to have disappeared from the public limelight, as his erratic behavior over the year continues to cost him long time business partnerships and lots of dough.
Now, he may be in even deeper trouble with the law.
According to TMZ, Kanye's former business manager, Thomas St. John, is seeking to sue the rapper for $4.5 million in unpaid fees, but claims he has been playing "a cat-and-mouse game" for weeks.
St. John is reportedly frustrated, as the suit cannot proceed without Kanye first being officially served.
In a similar story from Insider, lawyers with the firm Greenberg Traurig LLP have been trying to reach Ye to let him know that they will no longer represent him, but he refuses to respond to their text messages.
The lawyers cited Kanye's recent antisemitic comments as the reason for their withdrawal, describing them as "repugnant to the core values we believe in and live."

Ye's repeated comments and stunts have garnered so much controversy that he was recently deemed the worst antisemite of 2022 by the Simon Wiesenthal Center.
His social media accounts have also been suspended due to his hate speech.
TMZ claims that Ye has been leading a nomadic lifestyle recently, being spotted in LA on several occasions in the last two weeks, but not claiming any type of home base.
West's ex-wife Kim Kardashian is also having a difficult time co-parenting with him, which she discussed in a recent teary podcast interview.
Kanye West won't be able to avoid his troubles forever, and his constant evasion only appears to be making things worse.
Where will Kanye be spotted in 2023? Time will tell if his antics will continue into the new year.
