The remix of Bieber's single Holy, accompanied by voices from the NHS choir, is scheduled for release on December 18, British media reported on Monday.

Bieber has a history with the choir enthusiasts from the NHS hospitals in Lewisham and Greenwich. In 2015, they competed for number 1 in the Christmas charts and eventually reached the top thanks to Bieber's support.

Back then, the Canadian pop star called on his fans to support the charity choir and their song A Bridge Over You, which finished ahead of Bieber's own acoustic hit, Love Yourself.

The proceeds of this year's co-production will be donated to charitable organizations of the NHS.

Lizzie Farrant, a member of the choir, told PA media: “All that time we have managed to keep virtual rehearsals together. We have really given ourselves the support, and then for [Justin Bieber] to get in touch and say, ‘I would really like to do this collaboration and share this with you’… that’s really fantastic.”
