To recap, Bieber held a party at a venue in West Hollywood the night before the Super Bowl clash between the LA Rams and the Cincinnati Bengals.

Things went horribly wrong after an altercation outside the restaurant turned bloody. Four people were shot, including Kodak Black, who was at the center of the conflict.

Now, two people who claim they were also hit in the shooting have joined forces to blame the rapper, Bieber, and just about everyone involved in setting up the party that night.

According to TMZ, plaintiffs Mark Schaefer and Adam Rahman are saying Kodak Black actually instigated the shooting. They also think security was too lax, which means those in charge of holding the event are also responsible – and this explicitly means Bieber too.

Judging by the scorching statements given to TMZ, Kodak's lawyers are confident this lawsuit won't get off the ground, despite the involvement of high-powered attorney Gloria Allred, of the Weinstein trial fame.

Meanwhile, the Biebs hasn't said a peep about this matter yet.
