John Legend and Chrissy Teigen welcome new baby with surprise concert reveal
Los Angeles, California - John Legend (44) and Chrissy Teigen (37)'s rainbow baby bundle of joy has arrived, as the stars became parents of a newborn girl on Friday.
It's a beautiful debut for a new little one!
Legend revealed the arrival of his third child while performing at a private concert hours later on Friday evening, telling the crowd the couple welcomed "the little baby this morning."
"What a blessed day," he reportedly said, as fans in attendance took to social media to spread the word on the surprise.
The couple revealed their pregnancy in August after being vocal about their emotional stillborn pregnancy loss in 2020, with Chrissy later calling it "an abortion to save my life."
The newborn joins sister Luna Simone (6) and brother Miles Theodore (4). The new baby's name has not yet been released.
Days ago, the model posted photos on Instagram of her large baby bump during a family trip. Chrissy and John have been married since 2013.
Chrissy Teigen and John Legend have publically mourned the loss of their last pregancy
The 37-year-old's pregnancy journal has been filled with joy mired in heartbreak.
The couple revealed their stillborn was to be named Jack, as their family publically mourned the loss afterward.
Chrissy and John then revealed earlier this year they were trying again to expand their family and undergoing IVF treatments.
To fans' delight, they have now officially welcomed their third child, and as it appears, safe and sound.
