After much anticipation and endless hype, the TikTok star people love to hate is re-entering the boxing ring.

Jake Paul will officially square up against professional boxer Tommy Fury in his next headlining fight on August 6 at Madison Square Garden.

The fight was originally scheduled for December 2021, but had to be cancelled after Fury pulled out due to injury. Instead of fighting in Tampa, they'll now face off in New York City.

Fury will be the first pro boxer the 23-year-old influencer has faced since he stepped into the ring in 2020.

Paul has previously boxed a YouTube influencer, a retired NBA player, and two ex-MMA champions in his first five battles.

Though the fight seemed to be in jeopardy over the last few days, Paul officially confirmed the fight via Twitter on Thursday.

"Okay people he grew a set over night," Paul wrote. "It's official, I'm taking this little Fury's head off."

Tickets for the fight will go on sale on June 29, while the fight itself will take place on August 6 at 9 PM ET.
