Is Cara Delevingne in trouble? Fans worry as Margot Robbie is seen in tears
Los Angeles, California - Fans are concerned for Cara Delevingne and wondering if the model-actor might be struggling with her health. A recent visit from her friend Margot Robbie showed the I, Tonya actor in tears, only heightening speculation.
New photos, bizarre behavior, and no-show appearances have begged the question: Is something going on with Cara Delevigne?
The model-turned-actor was seen last month partying on a yacht off the Ibiza coast for her 30th birthday and living it up at Burning Man. But she also was photographed smoking in her car, and before a flight on Jay-Z's private jet, sources claimed she appeared "disheveled and jittery," erratic, and "unable to control her body movements." She ended up disembarking the flight before it took off, wearing only socks.
And who can forget the star's strange showing in May at the Billboard Music Awards, where her antics towards Megan Thee Stallion kicked off a social media frenzy?
But the biggest shock seems to be new photos this week which showed both her socialite sister Poppy and one of her closest friends, her Suicide Squad co-star Margot Robbie, visiting her LA mansion on Monday. Hours later, Robbie was photographed in tears.
Delevigne also did not appear at two key events she was expected at on Sunday and Monday, the Emmy Awards – which honored her show Only Murders in the Building – and the launch of her own fashion line honoring designer Karl Lagerfeld at New York Fashion Week.
Fans are sure all the incidents are all related, and together with her mysterious absence, don't bode well for the one-time British "it" girl.
Cara Delevingne's circle is allegedly concerned
Delevingne and Robbie are said to have met at a party in 2016 and immediately hit it off as BFFs.
"We are all incredibly concerned," one of Delevingne's friends reportedly said of her inner circle. "The situation has been building for a few weeks now, and Cara's family is involved."
"She has been burning the candle at both ends of late, and it's clearly taking its toll," they added.
The model has not responded to the many comments from fans on her social media asking about her health, but has continued to make posts about her professional projects.
Fans are hoping, if something is wrong, she will be able to get better soon – with the help of friends like Robbie.
