Devin Ratray, who famously portrayed Buzz McCallister in Home Alone and Home Alone 2, turned himself in to Oklahoma City authorities on Wednesday, after an arrest warrant was issued in his name.

As TMZ reported, it all comes back to a gruesome domestic violence incident that took place earlier this month. Ratray and his girlfriend apparently had a bust-up in a Hyatt hotel that turned really violent, really fast.

According to documents filed with the police, which TMZ obtained, the actor strangled the unnamed woman and even punched her in the face after she freed herself by biting his hand. She also claimed that a blackout-drunk Ratray at one point told her: "This is how you die." The victim then managed to escape before the cops were called.

The whole conflict allegedly started because the 44-year-old's girlfriend was giving out autographed photos of him for free to fans at the OKC Pop Christmas Con, where he had apparently been downing shots all day.

After being charged with domestic assault and battery by strangulation, Ratray was released on a $25,000 bond.

Ratray recently reprised his role as Buzz McCallister in Disney's panned sequel Home Sweet Home Alone – ironically, the character grew up to be a police officer.
