Hilary Duff delights with canine surprise and comical Christmas card!
Los Angeles, California - Actor Hilary Duff is in the Christmas spirit: after she shared her family's Christmas card on Instagram, she shared some sugary sweet photos of her new puppy!
The mother of three has already given her family a gift before Christmas in the form of a small Corgi.
Per Duff's IG story, the new pup's name is Ham, and the canine companion is already taking the 'gram by storm.
Yet, the How I Met Your Father star's Christmas card undoubtedly tops the news of her new fur baby all thanks to the pic she and her husband Matthew Koma picked out.
In the photo, Duff and her musician hubby seem to be held hostage, as the pair sit back to back with their mouths taped shut and their wrists tied up with a string of lights as they give each other worried looks.
Duff's 10-year-old son Luca holds her and Koma down while his younger sister Mae noms on some cupcakes as four-year-old Banks innocently glares at the camera with a roll of duct tape in her hands.
Will Hilary Duff's new corgi make next year's Christmas card?
At the top, the card reads: "A Duff some Bairs and a Comrie," while the bottom says, "happy holidays," and "all is not calm."
The family's newest canine addition will likely ensure that this Christmas will be more chaotic and noisy than ever before, as Corgis are known to be small but mighty! They are playful and active dogs with a fairly high level of intelligence, plus they are true family pets who get along well with children of all ages.
This year, the puppy probably didn't make it to the Christmas photo shoot, but we hope the family's fur babies will be included next year!
