Halsey is conquering a new avenue in music, and it's not a podcast
Los Angeles, California - Halsey is entering a new vertical in the world of music by launching her very own radio show with a personalized twist.
In a time when every celebrity and their mom seems to have a podcast, Halsey is – per usual – going her own way.
On Thursday, the music-making visionary announced that she is starting her very own Amp radio show called Halsey: For The Record.
In a video posted on the Clementine singer's Twitter page, Halsey gave fans some insight into the show itself: "I'm sitting down and playing some of my favorite music, talking about what I've been up to, the things that I'm into, and listening to what you guys have to say.
In an interview on the Zach Sang show, Halsey revealed that they have been "working on this for almost a year now!" The 28-year-old also shared that she will "let the fans hear from some very special people in my life" on Halsey: For The Record.
The very first episode is set to broadcast on October 17 at 8 PM ET.
Apple users can access the show through the Amp app, while Android users can also access the broadcast from Amp's website.
