After her split from Garrett Hedlund in January, the actor and soon-to-be Marvel star made an appearance on Instagram in August with a new love interest by her side.

In the black-and-white shot captioned "sweet sweet," Emma is seen in a patterned bikini locking lips aboard a luxury yacht.

Now, new details have confirmed they are definitely a hot new pair to watch.

The star's new boo is not an unknown face, but TV and film actor Cody John (32).

A source recently revealed to E! News that the couple met through friends in the entertainment industry and began "taking things slow" about two months ago.

The 31-year-old actor is a mom to 21-month-old son Rhodes, whom she co-parents with her ex Garrett.

"Emma is cautious about bringing her son around new people," the source dished, but added that "Emma loves Cody's personality."

"He's really funny and they have been having a good time together," they added.

Perhaps the American Horror Story star will introduce Cody to her son soon enough!
