Dua Lipa, JoJo Siwa, and more stars honor Elton John at his final US show
Los Angeles, California - The stars were out in full force on an epic red carpet on Sunday night to celebrate what is likely Elton John's last tour stop ever on US soil.
The 75-year-old music legend concluded the North American leg of his final tour with an epic finale at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.
The concert is a part of his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour, which will continue through next summer with stops in Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
The show was also streamed live by Disney+. The streamer hosted a red carpet before the show, featuring a plethora of celebrities showing their support for the icon.
Dua Lipa, who collaborated with John on the hit track Cold Heart, strutted on the carpet, aptly decorated as a yellow brick road. The 27-year-old singer was one of three special guests, alongside Kiki Dee and Brandi Carlile, that John invited onstage to perform with him during the night.
Pop star JoJo Siwa was also living her best life, and took things to the next level with an epic recreation of one of John's most iconic looks. The 19-year-old's fiery jumpsuit was accessorized with massive red feathered wings and sequined sunglasses in tribute.
Yet, Siwa and Lipa weren't the only famous faces that came out to show their love for the legend.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle among celebrity tributes to Elton John
Actors Angela Bassett, Courtney B. Vance, John Stamos, Lucy Hale, Jenna Dewan, Miles Teller, Sophia Bush, Connie Britton, Sara Gilbert, Raven-Symone, Xochitl Gomez, Christopher Lloyd, Kirsten Dunst, and Heidi Klum all made appearances on the "yellow brick carpet" as well.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle also honored John with a video tribute, shown to the crowd before he took the stage at Dodger Stadium.
"Thank you for being the friend that you were for my mum, thank you for being our friend," the Duke of Sussex said.
"Thank you for being friends to our kids and thank you for entertaining people right around the world."
