It's not uncommon for celebrities to have plastic surgery as they get older, tightening the cheeks and using buccal fat removal to create a brand-new face. When looking at Demi Moore's face, though, it seems that she has overdone it.

On Wednesday, the actor opened a fashion show at Paris Fashion Week, along with top models like Kate Moss (47), Naomi Campbell (50), and Cara Delevingne (28). Moore wore a black silk suit with a plunging neckline.

Despite the star power surrounding her, it wasn't the big-name, the glitz and the glamour the caused the biggest stir. Instead, it was Demi Moore's face!

Bruce Willis's ex-Wife was hardly recognizable at first glance. Besides her unusually upturned lips, her cheekbones seemed to poke out at near right-angles.

It's clear that she had an operation to make them pop like that, but it doesn't seem to have been a good idea. So noticeable was it, in fact, that it didn't take long for several before-and-after comparisons to start appearing online.

On social networks like Twitter and Instagram, many fans wondered if that was "still Demi Moore?" and "WTF happened to Demi Moore's face?"

Some commenters were horrified and amazed by the Hollywood beauty's new look. There were even suggestions that her plastic surgeon might have made a mistake: "Send your cosmetic surgeon to jail! You were so beautiful," wrote one user.

But it should not go unmentioned that the mother of three also received a lot of positive feedback and encouragement for her appearance at the fashion show. Not everyone was critical of her look.

Demi Moore has yet to comment on the speculation.
